Send the completed forms along with your registration fee to Lititz Academy of Dance, 620 Paxton Place, Suite 107, Lititz, PA 17543 before June 8th.  If you have any questions, we invite you to attend our Existing Student Registration Night.


Existing Student Registration Night will be held on Tuesday, June 8th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

New Student Registration Night will be held Tuesday, June 15th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
