I started dance at 3 years old at The Lancaster School of Ballet before switching to Lititz Academy of Dance at the age of 4. I continued to dance at LAD until I graduated from Manheim Township High School. While in high school I assisted many dance classes and became a junior teacher. After high school I went to the University of Delaware where I completed their 4+1 program, receiving my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Elementary Education. I continued to come back to LAD to take and teach classes and camps over the summers while I was in college. After college, I moved back to Lancaster and started teaching at Nitrauer Elementary School as a second grade teacher. I also quickly came back to LAD as a teacher and this will be my 6th year teaching! I love this studio and all the memories I’ve made here since I was just 4 years old!
